"I joined Misys Sophis as an IT Consultant at the beginning of 2007.
Intensive in-house training sessions allowed me to understand the complex Misys Sophis IT architecture early on and I was very soon after that exposed to the challenging problems faced by our clients.
As a consultant I spend a lot of my time travelling and meeting people from very different backgrounds which has been valuable on both a personal and professional level When on the move, I work with very demanding clients and have to keep up with the fast- paced technological advances of the job. This constant challenge means that I am learning and acquiring new skills all the time.
I became an IT Professional Services Manager at the beginning of 2008, and was given the opportunity to move to London and manage the team of IT Consultants team there. Today I am still in an operational role but now have additional international, project and management responsibilities.
Although the job is demanding, working with the people is a positive and very enriching experience."
