Following an initial training period, you will begin working directly with clients.
Acting as a business expert, you will run demonstrations and manage workshops to present the functional and technical benefits of our back office and accounting modules.
You will coordinate and project manage trial periods and onsite implementations.
Responsible for the functional integration of our systems into our clients' environment, you will help users to optimize/explore their application functionality.
As your clients' point of contact within the company, your responsibilities will include providing training and consultancy activities.
You will respond to clients' questions onsite or by telephone as well as escalating issues and client enhancement needs to our Research and Development teams.
You will hold an MSc and possess between one and three years' experience, ideally from another software firm related to the back-office side of financial markets.
Database skills (running SQL queries with Access and/or Oracle) as well as proficiency in VBA are also required.
