Following an initial training period, you will begin working directly with clients.
Acting as a business expert, you will run product demonstrations and manage workshops to present the functional and technical benefits of our front and middle office module.
You will co-ordinate and project manage trial periods and implementations onsite with the clients.
Responsible for the functional integration of our systems into our clients' environment, you will help users to optimize/explore their application functionality.
As your clients' point of contact within the company, your responsibilities will include providing training and consultancy activities.
You will respond to clients' questions onsite or by telephone as well as referring issues and client enhancements needs to our Research & Development teams.
You will hold an Msc from a top-tier engineering school/university and possess between one and three years' experience, ideally related to the front-office side of financial markets.
Fluent English is required.
