Sergio Giacoletto - Chairman of the Board
Experience
From 2000 until December 2008 Mr. Giacoletto was Executive Vice President of Oracle Corporation, responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa and a member of Oracle’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Oracle in 1997, he was President, Value Added Services at AT&T and before that he spent 20 years with Digital Equipment Corporation in various senior management and executive roles in sales and services.
He is currently the Senior Independent Director of Logica Plc, a Non-Executive Director of COLT Telecom Plc and a
Non-Executive Director of CSR plc; he is also an Operating Partner at Advent International.
Qualifications
Mr. Giacoletto has served over the years in many boards and advisory committees. He holds a masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Turin.
Pascal Stefani - Board member, Paris. Joined Advent in 1998
Experience
Pascal joined Advent in 1998 and has been managing the Paris office since October 2007. Prior to Advent, he spent eight years with Financiere Saint Dominique, the private equity arm of Natexis (formerly Credit National), where he worked on management buyouts and expansion financings in various sectors, including retail, industrial, media and communications. Before joining Natexis, Pascal worked as an assistant to the CEO of a distribution company specialising in do-it-yourself products and building materials, and as head of acquisitions for an automotive supplier.

Pascal has a degree in business administration from HEC (Paris).
Cedric Chateau - Director, Paris. Joined Advent in 2005
Experience
Cedric joined Advent in 2005 from the private equity firm PAI Partners where he worked on a variety of transactions across a broad range of sectors, including food, retail, packaging and financial services. Prior to PAI Partners, he worked for Deloitte in France and Spain.
Qualifications
Cedric holds a degree in business administration from EM Lyon.
Chris Pike - Managing Director, Boston. Joined Advent in 1997
Experience
Chris Pike joined Advent International in 1997. Prior to Advent, he spent five years at Coopers & Lybrand in the Business Assurance and Financial Advisory Services groups, providing M&A advisory services to clients in the financial, manufacturing and business services industries.
Qualifications
He received a BA in economics and Spanish from Amherst College.
